House rules for your and our safety

In the regulations below you will find the most important house rules that apply within Hotel Hof van Holland Edam to apply. We ask that you respect and accept these rules.

General rules:

  4. There are cameras in various places inside. Everyone who is in our hotel votes involved in making recordings. In the event of calamities and/or incidents, these recordings can be supporting materials are shown to third parties.
  5. Hotel Hof van Holland Edam is not responsible for loss or theft of your possessions.
  6. The management, the owner of this location and/or persons working for the hotel Hof van Holland Edam cannot be held liable for any injury and/or material or immaterial damage that visitors to the location may experience.

It is forbidden to:

  1. Take hotel property outside the building. When property of hotel Hof van Holland Edam is deliberately damaged you can be held liable and be charged for the repair and/or renewal costs.
  2. To consume, use, trade or carry narcotics.
  3. Use of nitrous oxide balloons in the room is not allowed.
  4. Causing nuisance to another, for example through loud music, obnoxious behavior or by noise of any kind.
  5. To smoke in the entire building. If we find that smoking has taken place, then a fine of €175.00 will be charged for this.
  6. Staying in the room with more people than the allowed number.
